My Work
My scholarly work centers in classical and modern theories of rhetoric, contemporary writing pedagogies, and literacy studies. In my research, I utilize rhetorical inquiry and ethnographic field methods to explore gender and identity constructions, theories of rhetorical agency, national rhetorics, practices of literacy, and rhetorics of visual design. I am particularly interested in rhetorical constructions of identity, gender, difference, and place.
